Use and Working Principle of Rapid Temperature Measuring Thermocouple
The rapid temperature measuring thermocouple is used to measure the temperature of molten steel and high temperature molten metal. It is a one-time consumption type thermocouple. Its working principle is to measure the temperature of molten steel and high molten metal by the thermoelectric effect generated by the thermocouples according to the thermoelectric effect of the metal.

Structure
The structure of a rapid thermocouple consists mainly of a temperature measuring couple and a large paper tube. The main head has a positive and negative wire welded on the compensation wire, and the compensation wire is embedded in the bracket. The bracket has a small paper tube, and the wire is supported and protected by quartz. The outermost part is equipped with a slag-proof cap, and all the components are concentrated in the mud head and bonded together with a refractory filler to form a whole body, and are not detachable, so that it is used as one-time consumption .

Using Method
1、According to the object and range of measurement, choose the appropriate protection of the length of the paper tube and the applicable temperature gun.
2、Install the rapid thermocouple on the temperature measuring gun and return the secondary instrument pointer (or digital display) to zero. This indicates that the contact is good and measurement can be performed.
3、The depth of the hot thermocouple inserted into the molten steel should be 300-400mm. Do not measure the wall or the slag on the measurement. Make it fast, steady and accurate. When the secondary instrument gets the result, the gun should be taken immediately, and the rapid thermal power should be applied. Even in the molten steel immersion time should not exceed 5 seconds, otherwise it is easy to burn the temperature gun.
4、After the temperature gun is lifted from the furnace, remove the used thermocouple and install a new one, pause for a few minutes, and prepare for the next measurement. Do not test and disconnect, otherwise the temperature difference will fluctuate.

Transportation and Storage
The product should be handled with care during loading and unloading. During transportation, it should not be damp. The product should be stored at a relative temperature of not more than 80%, air circulation, and no harmful gas causing corrosion of the product. The whole box is placed in a dry warehouse.
